Health & Wellness Day for Health Care Professionals

Physicians interested in maintaining their own well-being while balancing patient needs, highly demanding practices and family life will want to attend the local Health & Wellness Day for Health Care Professionals on August 28. Washoe County Medical Society is a conference partner. Renown Health and Saint Mary’s – a member of CHW are gold supporters of the event.

Physicians will earn six CMEs, two of which will meet ethics requirements.

This conference is for physicians, dentists and pharmacists. It will explore the importance and practical aspects of caring for themselves while providing exceptional care to others.

Speakers include noted professionals and authors who specialize in treating depression, dealing with grief and loss, understanding high conflict relations at home and work, and dealing with trauma.
